Creekside’s Reserve wines represent our best from the vintage as chosen through extensive barrel selection. Fruit for our 2003 Reserve Pinot Noir was sourced from two vineyards in St. David’s, ON, harvested October 10 & 17, 2004. After cold soak and traditional small-batch ferment, the wine was aged in French oak barriques (40% new oak) for 14 months. At best from 2006-2009.
