Creekside’s reserve wines represent our best from the vintage as chosen through an extensive barrel selection process. Fruit for our 2004 reserve Chardonnay was sourced from two vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake, harvested October 7 & 11 at 22.1º Brix. Barrel fermented and aged 10 months in French oak (25% new barriques) with bâtonnage. At best from 2006-2010.
