    “Well-flavoured” — 2006 Cabernet Rosé

Rod Phillips, Wine Current, Sept 2007

A well-flavoured, medium-bodied, dry rosé that delivers just a hint of sweetness in the finish. The core flavours are red berries and plum, and they’re nicely complemented by a crisp texture. Drink it with turkey, and maybe buy a few bottles for Thanksgiving.

“Quite powerful; dry” — 2006 Cabernet Rosé

    David Lawrason, April 2007

One of the best 2006 roses yet encountered, with very bright, fairly deep garnet colour. Lifted, appealing floral, lavender, redcurrant jam, spearmint leaf nose. Mid-weight, intense, dry with a tart/bitter pomegranate-like finish. Quite powerful; dry. Serve with cold vegetable and pasta salads.
