Creekside’s reserve wines represent our best from the vintage, as chosen through an extensive barrel selection process. Fruit for our 2006 reserve Chardonnay was sourced from four vineyards on the Niagara Peninsula, harvested in early October, 2006. After a gentle press, juice was fermented with a mixture of selected and wild yeasts in French oak barriques (60% new wood), then left on the lees with bâtonnage for 10 months. No malolactic fermentation. Best 2008-2013.
