2007

Hailed as "the vintage of the century" for Niagara by the wine media the wines produced out of the 2007 harvest showed a degree of ripeness, concentration and power that, in their youth, is very impressive.

A short crop year, fruit availability for the 2005 harvest was hard to come by thanks to extreme winter conditions that damaged many vines. What was picked however, showed immense concentration and confidence, characters that carried over into the wines themselvs.
