A blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc harvested from vineyards in the Niagara region in October 2007. The juice was carefully fermented in stainless steel batches. The wine was aged in 50% new American oak barrels and 50% seasoned French barrels. After the final blend was created, the wine was bottled under Stelvin closure on September 12th 2008.
