44% Sauvignon Blanc, 29% Pinot Grigio, 20% Chardonnay, 5% Muscat, 2% Viognier. The majority of the juice for the 2009 Laura White was fermented as separate vineyard blocks in one and two year old French oak barrels, followed by an average of 9 months aging in barrel on original ferment lees. Individual barrel assessment and extensive blending trials resulted in a unique blend of 44% Sauvignon Blanc, 29% Pinot Gris, 20% Chardonnay, 5% Muscat, and 2% Viognier. The wine was bottled under Stelvin closure August 2010.
