A rich, classic Niagara Icewine with aromatics of pear, peach and a hint of clover and butterscotch. The palate is rich and full but there is a bright actidity preventing the wine from cloying. The flavours range from tree fruit to tropical with notes of ripe apple, mango and pineapple.
