The Cab portion provides rich dark fruit and a uniquely awesome tannin structure thanks to a super secret “dripper” process that Creekside employs when tanks of high quality red grapes are done fermentation. Combine this with the rock’n’roll of the Malbec and you’ve got a ‘wow’ blend that will develop further with a little cellar time. 35 cases produced.
