Every vintage provides its own challenges and virtues and 2019 was no exception. With a late start to the growing season, we saw grapes ripen later than usual. Careful attention in the vineyard was vital in managing sugar levels, acidity, and most importantly flavour. The resulting wines are true to our cool climate roots with vibrant freshness and crisp acidity, big, bold fruit and delicately balanced.
