Pick dates were later than average in 2019 as we waited for acid levels to come down after
a relatively cool growing season.
This was the third of five pick dates for QRV Pinot Noir, in between sparkling and red table wine. Roughly a 50/50 mix of clones 115 and 667. Fruit was crushed and left for about 3 hours on the skins before pressing.
Whatever: no, really! Or without food as an aperitif.
