The 2018 vintage was something for the record books. After a pretty hot summer, mother nature let loose and brought all the rain in the fall. It was a scramble to get everything in before the next rainfall and picking dates were important. Thankfully, this Backyard Bubbly came in at just the right time to get that flavour profile that we want – guava, grapefruit, lime zest, with some light fennel and herbal notes. Refreshingly fun!
