At Creekside, we have an old Massey Harris tractor that serves as a symbol of the daily regimen of hard work required to grow grapes. Our growers harvested this premium fruit from vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula and our winemaker crushed the red fruit to tank for a 4-day cold soak before inoculating with yeast. Fermented at warm temperatures in tank and then aged in barrels for 12 months. A strong and powerful red blend.
