2021 Sauvignon Blanc x 3 ~ Soft pear with zingy yuzu, white grapefruit and pea pod aromatics on the nose. The palate shows pear, Meyer lemon, gooseberry and pea pod flavours. Very pleasing mouthfeel with crisp citrus acidity. Classic Sauvignon Blanc character! RS 3 g/L

2020 Syrah x 3 ~ Deep, dark, intoxicating aromas of black plum, black pepper, sandalwood with rustic gaminess and wild mushrooms. The palate is bursting with juicy black berries and black pepper. Nice, round mid palate with a strong, structured finish and light oak spice. Bright acidity keeps things refreshing. RS: 2.9 g/L

Complex, elegant nose with black fruit aromas lead the way, along with wood spice and some earthy Old-World rusticity. Medium-bodied, with tannins that soothe you rather than smother you. RS 6.0 g/L

2021 Rosé x 3 ~ Lovely and dry, yet still light, fresh and fruity with flavours of red berry and pink grapefruit. Pretty much anything goes with pink. But always remember that it is fun to drink by itself as well! Winemaker’s choice: charcuterie with plenty of fresh melon. RS: 2.2 g/L
