2020 was truly a memorable and magical vintage in Niagara. It produced wines with great intensity, concentration and ripeness while still keeping the acidity intact. This wine is beautiful now but will still reward you with some ageing in your cellar. Iconoclast bottlings represent some of our best Syrah, just a step below our Reserve level. Always incredible value. RS 3 g/L
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and individual fruit bins. Aged in oak for 19 months. Mostly some French with a little bit of Hungarian and American. Mostly older, neutral oak.
Lentil stew, lamb kebab, chipotle burgers, Indian curries, venison, grilled steak, mapo tofu.
