This fruit was harvested earlier in the season to create a light, refreshing rosé with great fruit flavour and elegance. Left for approximately 1 hour on skins to gently extract some colour and flavour. Fermented at cool temperatures to protect those delicate aromas and flavour compounds.
Charcuterie, bbq salmon, grilled sausages, feta and watermelon salad, sunshine and happiness. Pretty much anything goes with rosé!
