2022 was a small but mighty vintage. There was less crop all across the region but what was harvested was high quality with lots of intensity. This rosé was made using the saignée method. After 24 hours of skin contact, we “bled off” some juice to make a deeper, fuller bodied rosé. Fermented and aged in a 3 year old French oak puncheon for 9 months. A big, bold style with deep complexity and structure.
