The 2016 growing season was hot and dry—perfect conditions for bold, structured reds. Sourced from one of the warmest vineyard sites in Niagara, this Cabernet Sauvignon consistently over-delivers, showing ripe fruit intensity, savoury depth, and the backbone needed for graceful aging.
Expect aromas of black cherry and dark berry fruit layered with forest floor earthiness, cedar, and thyme. The palate is big and bold, with gamey and leathery notes supported by fine-grained tannins and bright acidity. Built to last, this Cabernet will continue to evolve beautifully through 2030.
