The 2016 growing season was hot and dry—perfect conditions for bold, structured reds. Sourced from one of the warmest vineyard sites in Niagara, this Cabernet Sauvignon consistently over-delivers, showing ripe fruit intensity, savoury depth, and the backbone needed for graceful aging.

Expect aromas of black cherry and dark berry fruit layered with forest floor earthiness, cedar, and thyme. The palate is big and bold, with gamey and leathery notes supported by fine-grained tannins and bright acidity. Built to last, this Cabernet will continue to evolve beautifully through 2030.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon varietal character. Black cherry and dark berry fruit intermingled with forest floor earthiness. Cedar and thyme flavours lead to a gamey and leathery finish with fine grained tannins. A big, bold style that’s just going to get better with some age.

2016 was a hot, dry vintage and great for big, bold reds like this one. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this vineyard consistently over-delivers no matter the vintage. One of the warmest sites in the Niagara Peninsula shows with a nice core of fruit, savoury backbone and structure built for ageing.

Braise it, stew it, confit or grill it; this Cabernet Sauvignon calls for bravado on a plate. Fine grained tannins and bright acidity provide the perfect backbone to BIG, rich umami driven foods like salt washed cheeses, earthy mushrooms and red meats. Cellaring Potential: Best 2020-2030.
