On the nose? Apples, lime zest, peaches, almonds, vanilla—basically a farmer’s market crammed into a wine glass. On the palate? Apple butter, caramelized peaches, key lime, mushrooms, baking spice, and enough complexity to make you pause mid-sip and mutter, damn.

A complex nose of apples, butter, lime zest, peach, distinct earthiness, almonds and vanilla. The palate is silky with apple butter, caramelized peaches, key limes, wild mushrooms, and baking spices.
Nicknamed the “Wildling” because of its expressive character and complexity that comes from fermentation in barrel with wild, ambient yeasts. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, this wine ferments and then ages for 12 months in French oak barrels with some lees stirring.
