This isn’t your average porch-pounder white. Our 2023 Iconoclast Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the kind of wine that struts in with grapefruit, pineapple, and peaches-and-cream vibes, then chills out with Semillon’s lemon curd, beeswax, and honey - because balance matters. Think of it as Sauvignon Blanc’s zippy energy finally meeting its match in Semillon’s smooth-talking charm.

Each variety was fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels and puncheons. Trials were done to determine the perfect blend and balance between the two. Sauvignon Blanc brings the zesty, aromatic intensity and brightness while Semillon contributes softer, subtler nuances and a nice waxy texture. The perfect yin and yang.
2023 growing season was generally cooler until a late summer heat spike accelerated ripening.
Don’t be afraid of dishes with some interesting spice. Serve as an aperitif with jardinière marinated vegetables and goat cheese. Chicken shawarma, lentil soup, fish en papillote, butter bean and zucchini stew or scallops with a sweet pea purée.
