2023 was a very moderate and not too warm growing season but by fall, the sun shone down on us and our ripening vines and bestowed upon us some lovely grapes. The Riesling vines were planted on our vineyard in 2016 and have grown really well here on this cooler sight. This wine is all about balance. Left slightly off-dry to balance the bright acidity, giving us a naturally lower alcohol wine with freshness and great intensity.
