This Semillon was fermented in stainless steel with an extended amount of ageing time on the lees. This wine is all about texture! The nose is delicate but pretty, there's luxurious body, and it's just pure indulgent enjoyment to sip on.
2023 was a very moderate and not too warm growing season but by fall, the sun shone down on us and our ripening vines and bestowed upon us some lovely grapes.
