Rosé, but make it Creekside.
This isn’t your shy, barely-there pink. The 2025 vintage shows up with actual personality—thanks to a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Gamay, and just enough Viognier to keep things interesting. It’s a bit of a mashup, but in the way that somehow always works out.
On the nose, expect a full-on summer situation: red cherry, elderflower, watermelon, and ripe peach. The palate follows through with juicy strawberry and watermelon, finishing with a soft hit of apricot. It’s bright, balanced, and just structured enough to remind you this isn’t juice—it just drinks like it on a good day.

Perfumed nose of red cherry, elderflower, watermelon and ripe peaches. The palate is juicy with strawberry, watermelon and a hint of apricots on the finish. It has a nicely rounded mid palate with great balance of acidity that make you keep coming back for more.
The 2025 growing season started with a later than usual bud break but the warm, dry summer got things caught up pretty quickly. The wines from this vintage show great intensity and concentration with an abundance of ripe fruit flavours. This rosé was made using a variety of methods and batches including saignée, direct press, as well as some juice that soaked on the skins for a bit of time before pressing. Always a delight to sip, rosé reminds us year round of sunshiney days and happiness.
Charcuterie with melon, bbq salmon, feta and watermelon salad, crab cakes, grilled halloumi with pesto, bbq burgers and sausages, baked brie, paella, or just sunshine. Pretty much anything goes with rosé!
