A powerful yet elegant expression of Niagara Syrah. Expect a perfumed nose of blackberry, plum, violets, and black pepper with subtle sandalwood and smoked meat. The palate is bright and structured with layers of red and dark fruit, earthy black trumpet mushrooms, and fine-grain tannins that promise even more depth with age.
