3x bottles of 2020 Red Tractor Cabernet Franc - This wine is beautiful now but will still reward you with some ageing in your cellar. This Cabernet Franc is from a combination of vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula. Aged in French and American oak (about 20% new) for 18 months before individual batches were blended to make this special blend. Enjoy alongside vegetarian lasagna, pizza, braised lamb shank, spicy sausage, Peking duck, charcuterie, chili, tandoori chicken.

3x bottles of 2020 Red Tractor Cabernet Merlot - Harvested from 3 vineyards In Niagara-on-the-Lake In October of 2020, vinified and aged In separate small lots and then blended after 16 months In barrel. 2020 was an outstanding vintage that gave us great structure, ripeness and longevity to age.
