The 2025 growing season started with a later than usual bud break but the warm, dry summer got things caught up pretty quickly. The wines from this vintage show great intensity and concentration with an abundance of ripe fruit flavours. The Riesling vines were planted on our vineyard in 2016 and have grown really well here on this cooler sight. This wine is all about balance. Left slightly off-dry to balance the bright acidity, giving us a naturally lower alcohol wine with freshness and great intensity.
