Sauvignon Blanc is a passion of ours. We make many different styles and it all starts in the vineyard. This fruit is from the last pick of the harvest from our own estate vineyard. Very ripe at this stage, the flavours start to lean into more tropical fruit and make a wine with more body and structure. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels and puncheons for
12 months.
