Rich aromas of dark fruit and roasted coffee bean with more savoury nuances like thyme, rosemary and ripe roasted peppers. The palate is luxurious with juicy blackberries, black forest cake and dried herbs on the finish. Ripe and rounded with fine tannin definition. RS:3.0 g/L
2020 was a dream of a vintage, producing wines with great intensity and balance. This wine will definitely be reward with long term ageing. The Cabernet Franc from the Smith vineyard is always an integral part of our Laura’s Red, but this year its character really stood out so we just had to bottle some of it on its own to share with you.
